Natural Roots is a conceptual haircare brand. I aim to create packaging for a fictional brand targeting those with afro-textured “curly” natural hair. The goal is to build a strong brand identity appealing to consumers seeking chemical-free haircare options.
The target audience for Natural Roots includes individuals who prioritize self-care even with busy schedules and seek haircare products that align with their natural curly hair textures. They value products that promote the health and vitality of their hair while fitting seamlessly into their daily routines. This demographic encompasses any age or gender with curly texture hair.
My research findings suggest that the design should reflect the brand's values of authenticity, inclusivity, and empowerment, appealing to those embracing their natural hair. I aim to tackle the problem of limited visibility of product options for curly hair.
The goal is to develop visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience and create a cohesive set of product designs that distinguish the brand in its market.
